Return, Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing ideerfit products! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products come with a 45-calendar-day return period, effective from the date of delivery. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to assist you.
Warranty
ideerfit products include a 12-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers hardware issues and non-personal damage.
For damages caused by improper use, you can still reach out to us at support@ideerfit.com for assistance. However, customers may need to cover related costs such as shipping and replacement parts.
Returns
You are free to initiate a return within 45 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product, but you have to pay for the return or exchange cost.
To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is needed.
To start a return, please provide us with order number, purchase receipt, shipping details.
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
Items not in their original condition, such as those with damage or missing parts not caused by us.
Items returned more than 45 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Refunds

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
